Puppy/Dog is in good health and has been on a minimal - core vaccination/worming protocol as put forth by the AAHA and The Whole Dog Journal. Puppy/Dog has been fed a natural kibble and raw diet. See included Health Record.

Registration papers will be provided after proof of spay/neuter is provided, or dog gets its IPO 1, and hips and elbows are rated excellent or good by OFA. This guarantee is not transferable after original owner.

Hip Dysplasia - Despite using only dogs in the breeding program with good hips, occasionally a puppy will develop hip dysplasia. Breeder will replace the puppy with one from a different litter of equal value, or will credit the Buyer if a higher priced dog is desired, when available, once the following conditions have been met:

Buyer provides Breeder with documentation from the OFA as to moderate or severe hip dysplasia. Veterinary costs are the responsibility of the Buyer. Breeder is entitled to view x-rays for proper positioning prior to replacing dog. If x-rays are positioned incorrectly to the point of their accuracy being suspect, Buyer agrees to have dog re-x-rayed and evaluated. All costs to be born by Buyer.

Buyer is not required to relinquish the dog to Breeder, however Buyer will have to provide the Breeder with proof of spay/neuter, as well as sign over the CKC papers to Breeder.

This guarantee is in effect until the dog reaches 26 months of age.

If the dog has been used for breeding purposes, this guarantee is null and void.

Due to the amount of time it can take to receive CKC paperwork on import/import bred litters, Breeder guarantees registration will be sent to Buyer as soon as it is received by the kennel, if it is not available at the time of sale.

All Veterinary costs and shipping expenses are the responsibility of the Buyer.

There are no other guarantees implied or intended.

There is no money back guarantee.

The buyer agrees that if it should at any time become impossible to keep the above named dog for any reason, that the breeder will be contacted and offered the animal back with no cash refund.

"THE SOLE REMEDY OF THE BUYER IS LIMITED TO REPLACEMENT OF THE PUPPY WITH ONE OF SIMILAR GENDER AND LINEAGE AS DESCRIBED ABOVE. BUYER SPECIFICALLY WAIVES ANY REPRESENTATION WITH REGARD TO MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS OF PURPOSE AND WAIVES ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES."
